A kitchen exhaust hood, or extraction canopy, removes heat, smoke, steam and grease from the cooking area. Awal Group makes stainless steel canopies to fit each kitchen and installs them with the cooking line, ventilation and services.
The canopies in our projects are fabricated from stainless steel with grease filters, built-in lighting and fire-suppression nozzles and pipework, and are fitted with the ventilation and exhaust systems our MEP team installs.
