A cold room is an insulated, temperature-controlled room used to store fresh and frozen food and ingredients. Awal Group makes and installs cold rooms in Bahrain, either as part of a complete commercial kitchen or as a standalone project.
Each room is built from insulated panels with a hinged door, a refrigeration unit with evaporator fans, a digital temperature controller and lighting, and is fitted with stainless steel shelving or hanging rails to suit what you store. We install, test and commission the room, and our Maintenance division can look after it afterwards.
