Sushi Library - The Avenues

Awal Group fitted out the kitchen and bar at Sushi Library at The Avenues Bahrain. The scope includes a walk-in cold room with an insulated-panel door and ceiling-mounted evaporator, stainless steel counters with integrated sinks and drawers, undercounter and glass-door refrigeration, and a bar with a glass rinser and ice well set into travertine counter tops.
