Parker's

Awal Group fitted out the commercial kitchen for Parker's in Bahrain. The scope includes a stainless steel extraction canopy with stainless wall cladding above the gas cooking line, refrigerated counters and drawer units, stainless steel worktables, sinks and wall shelving, and a walk-in cold room with a ceiling-mounted evaporator and digital controllers.
